Description

This is a late 18th-century building on the north side of Broad Street in South Molton. It is three storeys high and has been covered with stucco. The roof is slate, with a decorative cornice featuring modillion details along the eaves. The second floor retains sash windows with intact glazing bars. The windows have moulded architraves. A later shop front has been installed.
