Description

This is a late 18th-century building on the north side of Broad Street in South Molton. It is three storeys high and has been covered with stucco. The roof is slate, with a bracketed eaves cornice. There are two sash windows with intact glazing bars and moulded architraves on each floor. A modern doorcase fronts a six-panelled door.
