Description

This is a late 18th century building on the north side of High Street. It is two storeys high with an additional attic level, and originally had a two-window facade. The front is rendered in stucco. It features sash windows with wide, cased frames set in plain reveals. A moulded cornice runs along the eaves. A prominent doorcase is located on the left side, featuring an open pedimented hood supported by cut console brackets. The entrance itself is a six-fielded-panelled door surmounted by a semi-circular fanlight. Two gabled dormers are visible in the roof, which is covered with a mix of old and machine tiles. The building is part of a group with numbers 30 to 52 (even).
