Description

This is an 18th-century building of two storeys, rendered in stucco. It has an old tiled roof and a simple brick modillion cornice, with a stringcourse below. The first floor features a bay with Gothic-style glazing. The ground floor has a three-light, cambered sash window. To the right is a doorcase featuring a heavy wooden weatherhood, architrave, a six-panelled door, and three steps with wrought iron railings. Nos. 34 to 38, St Dunstan’s Street, together with Nos. 2 to 8 (even) Whitstable Road, form a group of buildings of group value.
