Description

This is a late 18th-century building on London Road. It is a three-storey building with a basement, constructed of red brick and topped with a stone coping. The facade features two sash windows with vertical dividers only. A doorcase on the left side has a semi-hood, brackets, and a six-panelled fielded door. Four stone steps with wrought iron handrails lead to the entrance, and a footscraper is present. The paving and cobbles in front of numbers 1 to 15, along with numbers 1 and 3 Whitstable Road, are part of a wider group valuation.
