Description

Nos 8 and 9 on London Road are a small timber-framed house dating back to the 16th century, which was refaced in the 18th century. The building has two storeys, with the ground floor covered in stucco and the first floor finished in pebble dash. It features an old tiled roof and three sash windows with intact glazing bars. The house has an overhang and a plinth, along with two simple doorcases. This property, along with Nos 1 to 15 on London Road and Nos 1 and 3 on Whitstable Road, forms a group of buildings of historical interest.
