Description

Nos 13 and 14 on London Road are late 18th-century buildings that stand three storeys tall and are constructed of buff brick. They feature stone coping and a dropped moulded cornice with modillions. The facade includes four sash windows, two of which are arranged in a triple set within arcading, separated by pilasters. There is a stringcourse and a plinth, and the doors are recessed, adorned with Italianate hoods and brackets. These buildings, along with Nos 1 to 15 London Road and Nos 1 and 3 Whitstable Road, form a cohesive group.
