Description

Nos 27 and 29 on Church Street are a timber-framed and plastered house dating from the 18th century or early 19th century. The building has two storeys, with a single-storey wing at the west end. It has been significantly renovated in the 20th century. The windows are casements in a style typical of the 18th century, featuring glazing bars. There is a six-panel door, and the roof is tiled with a brick dentilled eaves course. The wing has a mansard roof with one sloping roofed dormer.
