Baddow Place is an early 19th century house made of gault brick, which is attached to a 17th century timber-framed and plastered house located at the rear. The front features a stucco parapet and cornice, along with stucco end pilasters. The building has two storeys and a five-window range, with double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars set in stuccoed reveals, topped with gauged brick flat arches.
