Description

Number 12 on Whitstable Road is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys high and is finished in stucco. It features a hipped tiled roof and has two sash windows with verticals only on the front. The ground floor includes a later Victorian shop front. The side elevation is made of painted brick and has three sash windows, one of which is round-headed, along with a modillion cornice.
