Description

This is a 17th-century timber-framed house that was refronted in the 18th century. It is two storeys high and has a painted brick façade with a projecting gable. The roof is tiled. There are two sash windows with glazing bars set within moulded wooden architraves, and one three-light casement window. An overhang and bressumer are present on the left side. The ground floor has a later shopfront. Numbers 34 to 38, along with numbers 2 to 8 Whitstable Road, form a group.
