Description
This is a cottage, likely dating to around 1820. It was derelict when surveyed. The front elevation is rendered to resemble stucco, while the sides are tarred and the rear is red brick. The roof is tiled. The cottage is two storeys high with one window. It contains a 12-pane sash window, cambered on the ground floor. To the right is a round-headed doorcase with a blank fanlight and a six-panelled door. The interior features a wooden fireplace and a four-panelled door.
