Description

This is an early 19th century property on Beach Street. It is a three-storey building constructed of brown brick, with the ground floor finished in stucco. The ground and first floors feature sash windows with Venetian shutters. A large bay window has been added to the first floor. The front door is set within a reeded frame and has a narrow rectangular fanlight above a six-panelled door, with the top two panels cut away and glazed. The building is listed for its contribution to the group value of numbers 59 to 69 (odd) on Beach Street.
