Description

Number 34B on High Street is a house dating from the mid-18th century. The front is made of brown brick in Flemish bond, while the north end is tile-hung, and the south and west sides are rendered. It has half-hipped roofs with full-height chimneystacks on the west side. The house is two storeys high with attics and features three windows. The east front includes a flat-roofed dormer and sash windows with moulded architraves and glazing bars, while the ground floor windows have cambered head linings. There is a circular iron tie on the exterior. The north front features a sliding casement window in the attic. The interior is said to contain original features, including a staircase.
