Description

The London Inn is an early 19th-century building located on Causeway Head in Penzance. It is constructed from granite rubble and features a slate hipped roof, rising to three storeys. The elevation facing Causeway Head has two windows on the second floor, one of which is blocked, while the ground and first floors each have one window. The windows are sashes with glazing bars. To the left of the main entrance, there is a semi-circular headed doorway with a blocked fanlight. The south elevation, which faces Bread Street, also has three storeys and features two widely spaced windows, which are sashes without glazing bars. The building occupies a prominent corner site.
