No 1 Market Passage is an 18th-century small cottage. The ground floor features painted rendering, while the upper part is weatherboarded. It has a tiled roof with gabled ends and stands two storeys tall. The cottage has two windows on the first floor, which are later 2-light casements, and the ground floor has two modern fixed-light windows along with a central door.
