Description

No 1 Eaton Ford Green is a cottage dating from the 17th century, with possible earlier elements from the 18th century. It is a single-storey building featuring box dormers and a two-storey addition at the west end. The cottage has three windows on the main front and a one-window return. It is constructed of red brick with a plain band, although the main frontage has been covered with modern cement rendering. The roof is tiled, and there are some flush framed casement windows. A modern porch and an altered doorway have been added. This building is included for its group value with No 2, as they form a cohesive architectural group.
