Timber framed, plastered with brick ground floor. Service wing with brick nogging. Flush framed sash windows with glazing bars. Splayed bay ground floor window with moulded cornice. Doorway altered. Service wing windows and doorways with solid frames.
Nos 138, 138A, 140 and Garden wall to north east of No 140 form a group.
