Description

The Old Sun Inn is a building dating from 1590, located on the west side of the Great North Road in Eaton Socon. It has been altered in the 17th century and features colour-washed plaster and an old tile roof. The structure has two storeys and includes two gabled back wings. On the first floor, there are three casement windows, while the ground floor has two 19th-century splayed bay windows with slate roofs. The doorways are architraved and have carved bracketed hoods. The roof is constructed with collared rafters.
