Description

204 and 206 Great North Road is an early 19th-century double fronted villa that has been divided into two separate residences. The building stands three storeys tall and is constructed from gault brick. It features a stucco cornice and blocking course, as well as a stucco band at the first floor sill. The recessed sash windows, which have glazing bars, are topped with gauged flat brick arches. The central bay windows have been altered, and the ground floor windows are set within arched recesses. The doorways on the ground floor have also been altered and are round-arched.
