Description

Eaton House is an early 19th-century irregular double fronted house located on the west side of the Great North Road in Eaton Socon. The building features four window bays and an additional four-window extension to the east. It stands two storeys tall beneath a hipped slated roof with projecting eaves. The house is constructed of gault brick and has gauged flat brick arches above recessed sash windows that include glazing bars. The entrance is marked by a round-arched doorway, which is adorned with a patterned fanlight and a panelled door.
