Description
No 3 Well Street is an early 19th-century cottage that stands two storeys tall and features two windows. The building is constructed from rubble with brick window heads and has small sash windows with glazing bars. It has a panelled and glazed door, and the roof is made of slate with a cement wash finish and a gable end. This cottage is included for its group value as it adjoins No 2 to the south, and together with Nos 1 to 3, they form a cohesive group.
