Description

The New Inn, the original building, is a 19th-century structure located on Fore Street in Tywardreath. It is built of snecked rubble and has two storeys with three sash windows that feature glazing bars. The entrance is marked by an open Doric porch supported by slender fluted columns and topped with a light entablature. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. To the left, there is a wing that contains two sash windows with brick arches and a tall round-headed sash window on the south wall. This building is part of a group that includes the two New Inn buildings.
