31 George Street is an 18th-century building with a stuccoed exterior and a tiled roof featuring a gable end. The structure has two storeys and an attic, topped with a prominent 19th-century cornice. It is one window wide, with a modern casement on the first floor. The ground floor has a late 19th-century shop front that includes a small cornice supported by consoles.
