Description

Rosetree House is an 18th-century building of two storeys and four windows. The exterior is stuccoed and features a modillion eaves cornice. The roof is tiled. The ground floor has sash windows with glazing bars, while the first floor has casement windows. A doorway is topped with a flat hood. The westernmost window bay is recessed, and a one-window-bay addition extends beyond it at ground floor level. Later additions have been made to the north.
