Description

Nightingale Cottage is a former 16th-century timber-framed building, originally part of the Goodwood Estate. The structure has red brick infilling between the timber framing, while the southern end has been refaced with flints. It has a thatched roof and casement windows with diamond-shaped panes. Two red brick buttresses are visible on the ground floor.
