Thatch Cottage, dated 1725, is a two-storey building with two windows. It is faced with flints and features red brick dressings and quoins. The cottage has a thatched roof and casement windows. A modern porch has been added. A stone on the building displays the date 1725 along with the initials 'M.B.S.A.M.'
