Description

Elm Cottage, dated 1742, is a two-storey building featuring three windows. The exterior is faced with coursed flints, complemented by brick dressings, quoins, a string course, and a modillion eaves cornice, all of which are currently painted. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casement style. The doorway has a flat hood above it, and there is a stone displaying the date 1742 along with the initials 'J.W.'.
