Description

39 Micklegate is an 18th-century building that has been stuccoed, likely in the 19th century. It features a pitched modern pantile roof and stands two storeys tall. The building has a modillion eaves cornice and three flush-framed sash windows with glazing bars on the first floor. There are two 19th-century shop fronts with contemporary awnings still in place, and a passage entrance is located on the left side.
