Description

This building comprises two adjoining properties, 48 and 50 Micklegate, dating to the mid-19th century. It is constructed of chequer brick with a pitched slate roof, hipped at the north end. The building is three storeys high and features a wood modillioned eaves cornice. It has four bays with sash windows. Modern shop fronts now occupy the ground floor.
