Description

The premises of the Pendulum Club, located at 81B Micklegate, date from the mid-19th century. The building is constructed of whitewashed brick and features a pitched slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and has four bays, with sash windows that include glazing bars and gadrooned keystones. The ground floor has two doors topped with oblong fanlights that also have glazing bars, along with a contemporary shop front that includes a moulded cornice. The other openings on the ground floor are modern.
