Description

No. 27 George Street is a building dating from around 1820. It is three storeys high and has a stuccoed exterior. The building is one window wide and features a parapet. Above a slight central projection, there is a pediment that contains a first-floor segmental bow window with sash windows that have glazing bars, flanked by pilasters and an entablature. On the second floor, there is a three-light sash window with glazing bars. The ground floor has a large modern projecting shop front. All listed buildings on George Street are part of a group.
