Description

No. 71 Union Street is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall and features two windows. The exterior is finished in stucco, with a cornice and parapet at the top. On the first floor, there is a single flattened bow window with three lights, flanked by pilasters and topped with a cornice. The glazing bars above the ground floor remain intact, although there is a modern shop front at street level.
