Description

73 and 74 Union Street are a pair of early 19th-century buildings. They stand three storeys tall and feature two windows each. The buildings have a stuccoed cornice and parapet, with pilasters on either side of the fronts extending from the first to the second floors. On the first floor, there is a single flattened bow window with three lights, which has pilasters between the lights and a cornice above. The glazing bars are intact above the ground floor on No. 74, while No. 73 is missing some glazing bars.
