Description
This is an early 19th-century building on West Street. It is stuccoed and has a tiled hip roof. The building is three storeys high and one window wide. The windows are sash windows; the first floor retains glazing bars, while the ground and second floors have later 19th-century sash windows without glazing bars. A side entrance, accessed by three steps and featuring a glazed door, is present. The building is included on the list primarily for its group value alongside numbers 1 to 5 Marine Parade, though those buildings are considered to be of local interest only.
