Description

No 2 East Parade is an early 19th-century building with a stuccoed exterior and a slate roof that features gable ends. The side of the building is weatherboarded. It has three storeys and an attic. The ground floor has a small modern open shop front and a modern door. The first floor features a later 19th-century canted bay with sash windows that do not have glazing bars. The second floor has two sash windows, also without glazing bars, and there is a large flat-roofed dormer with a sash window. This building is included for its group value with Nos 1 to 11 East Parade, of which No 3 is noted for local interest only.
