Description

No. 4 East Parade is an early 19th-century building featuring a stuccoed front and tile-hung side. It has a slate hipped roof and small paired eaves brackets. The building stands four storeys tall and has one window on the first and second floors, which is a later 19th-century canted bay of sashes without glazing bars. The first floor includes balcony railings, while the third floor has a sash window with glazing bars. The ground floor has a small modern rustic shop window and a round-headed doorway for a side entrance.
