Description
No. 3 East Beach Street is a building from the mid-19th century. It features a tile-hung exterior and a slate hipped roof, standing three storeys tall. The first floor has one sash window with vertical glazing bars, while the second floor has two sash windows. The ground floor has a modern shop front that is stuccoed, complete with a fascia and cornice.
