Description
No. 3 East Beach Street is a building from the mid-19th century. It features a tile-hung exterior and a slate hipped roof, standing three storeys tall. The first floor has one sash window with vertical glazing bars, while the second floor has two sash windows. The ground floor has a modern shop front that is stuccoed, complete with a fascia and cornice. At the rear, facing East Street, there is an early 19th-century stuccoed section with one window; the first floor has a wide sash window with glazing bars, and the second floor has a three-light casement window, also beneath a slate hipped roof. This building is included for its group value with Nos. 3 to 7 East Beach Street.
