5344 NEW RENTS (North-East Side) No 2 TR 0042 NE 2/223 II GV 2. Late C18 to early c19. 3 storeys stuccoed. Hipped tiled roof. Modillion cornice. 2 sashes to 2nd floor. 1st floor has 1 three-light canted bay and a sash with pediment over. Vertical glazing bars only. Later C19 shop front with pilasters. Included for group value. Nos 2 to 4 (even) and 4A form a group.
