No. 19 New Street is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is finished in stucco. It features a tiled roof with two hips. On the first floor, there are two canted bay windows, each with three lights. The ground floor includes one sash window that retains its original glazing bars, along with a 19th-century shop front that is adorned with brackets, a cornice, and pilasters.
