Description

No. 4 East Beach Street is an 18th-century building with a stuccoed exterior and a tiled hipped roof. It features brick dentil eaves and stands three storeys tall, with two windows. On the right side, there is a three-storeyed canted bay with sash windows that do not have glazing bars. The left side has sash windows on the first and second floors, also without glazing bars. Below is a panelled door that is accessed by steps with iron railings. This building is included for its group value, as it forms part of a group with Nos. 3 to 7 East Beach Street.
