Description

No. 7 East Parade is an early 19th-century detached house that stands two storeys tall. The east elevation features four windows, while the west elevation has three. The south-facing front is curved and includes three windows, all of which are stuccoed and have an eaves cornice. The windows are all sashes with glazing bars. The ground floor has a central modern door flanked by modern multi-pane shop windows. The house has a tiled roof that features a curved half-conical end rising to a ball cap, with brick sides. Nos. 1 to 11 East Parade form a group, with No. 3 being of local interest only.
