Description

This is an early to mid-19th century building in East Parade. It is four storeys high and one window wide. The front is stuccoed, with slate-covered sides, and features a parapet and a slate hipped roof. The first and second floors have a two-storey canted bay with sash windows without glazing bars. The third floor has a single sash window without glazing bars. A modern shop front occupies the ground floor, and to the right is a round-headed doorway within a moulded architrave, topped with a semicircular fanlight. The building is listed for group value, alongside numbers 1 to 11 in East Parade, of which number 3 is of local interest only.
