This is an early 19th-century stucco building on Church Street in Mevagissey. It is three storeys high and has three sash windows with glazing bars, each with an exposed window case. A large 19th-century shop front features central doors and a rectangular fanlight. The roof is covered with cement-washed slate. The building is included on the list for its contribution to the surrounding group of buildings.
