Description

Leeside is an 18th-century building located on Church Street in Mevagissey. It is constructed of stone rubble and has two storeys plus an attic. The façade features three sash windows with glazing bars, along with stringcourses at both the first floor and attic levels. The entrance includes a glazed door topped by a rectangular fanlight. A large modern flat roof dormer has been added, and the building is topped with a steep slate roof. Leeside is included in the listing for its group value with the other buildings numbered 1 to 13 on the street.
