Description

No. 11 Vernon Street is a detached house built around 1840. It is two storeys high and features stucco cladding. The front has three sash windows with moulded architraves, and the ground floor windows have cornices. There are plain pilasters on either side of the elevation and a slight projection in the centre, which contains one window. The doorway has a modern fanlight and door, along with a rectangular Tuscan porch. The ground floor windows have restored glazing bars, and the house has bold lined eaves and a hipped slate roof. Nos. 1 to 11 Vernon Street form a group.
