Description

No. 6 Vernon Street is a detached house built around 1840. It is constructed of stucco and has two storeys. The front features three sash windows set in moulded architraves, a plain doorway with a rectangular fanlight and a porch, and a canted bay window on the right-hand side. The building has bold lined eaves and a hipped slate roof. There is a one-storey extension on the left-hand side. Nos. 1 to 11 Vernon Street form a group.
