The central window section projects slightly forward and features an attractive cast iron trellis porch, a doorway with a rectangular fanlight, and a six-panelled door. The cornice and first-storey sill band extend continuously from No. 12 to the south, and the building is adorned with pilasters that have a Greek Key pattern ornament.
