Description

No. 11 Best Lane is an early 19th-century building featuring a stuccoed facade that rises three storeys with a basement. The structure has a parapet topped with stone coping and a dropped moulded modillion cornice. It is adorned with four plain pilasters extending from the third to the first floor. The second floor has one sash window with intact glazing bars, while the first floor features a canted bay window. The base of the building is rusticated, and the left side has a doorcase with a recessed fanlight and door. Nos. 3 to 12 Best Lane, which are consecutive, form a group.
