Description

Dated 1704, numbers 9 and 10 Best Lane are a two-story building constructed of painted brick, with an old tiled roof featuring three hipped dormers. The front has five sash windows, each set within a moulded architrave, and a part stringcourse. There's also a plinth at the base of the building. A shopfront from the early 19th century is located on the left side, and incorporates panelled risers. Numbers 9 and 10 form a group with numbers 3 to 12 on the same side of the street.
